For existing website maintenance, we can have everything up and running within three business days. If we’re building your site from scratch, you’ll benefit from immediate setup with no delays.
We avoid binding long-term contracts that can feel restrictive. Our approach is to consistently deliver value, ensuring that you choose to continue our partnership because you see the benefit, not because you’re obligated.
We know that unexpected costs are unwelcome for everyone. That’s why we maintain transparency with no hidden fees. Site migrations, whether at the beginning or end of your plan, are completely free. If you need anything beyond the scope of your plan, we’re always available to discuss and accommodate your specific requirements.
Our onboarding process is streamlined for efficiency. You’ll be guided through the process during a Zoom call, if necessary. Additionally, you’ll gain access to an exclusive workspace and project management dashboard for seamless communication and organization.
We value transparency about who you’re working with. All our work is handled by our remote team based in the United Kingdom, ensuring consistent quality without overseas outsourcing.
We understand that your needs may change, and we’re here to support you throughout your time with us. If you decide to cancel your plan, we’ll assist in exporting your website to your new host, free of charge and within three business days, ensuring a smooth transition.
With our care plans, issues are rare, but in the unlikely event that something does go wrong, we have backups and swift resolution procedures in place. If you’re not yet enrolled in one of our care plans, you’ll need a one-time website evaluation and tune-up service. We’ll assess the situation and, if the fix can be completed within two hours, we’ll address it promptly. For more complex issues, we’ll provide a detailed quote to resolve them thoroughly.
If your website requests exceed your monthly support time, we’ll inform you and offer options for purchasing additional bulk hours. Unused bulk hours can be rolled over for future use. For larger requests, we’ll provide a quote for your approval before proceeding.
We recommend our hosting partner for their speed, reliability, and cost-effectiveness, allowing us to manage your server optimally. However, if you prefer to maintain your current hosting, that’s completely fine. We’ll only recommend a change if we believe your existing hosting could negatively impact your website’s performance.
Our support availability depends on the plan you choose. Typically, we operate from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM GMT, Monday through Friday, based on our, UK location. Please note that these hours may vary slightly depending on the season.
